March 5th - need prayers

Big update. We need a lot of prayers for Colton tonight and tomorrow.

Our Colton is controlling everything right now. Early this morning he wasn’t feeling well and threw up and he threw up so much that he actually threw up his breathing tube. They had to re-intubate him.

Later this morning he decided he was not having the MRI that was scheduled for today. He clamped down and stopped breathing, and they had to pull out his tube again and bag him to help him breathe.

Then… he did it again later in the day once mommy was there. He held his breath so long that they had to assist him again.

3 times in 12 hours!!!! This is not a good trick, Mr Colton.

Tomorrow he has another ultrasound and we are praying hard that we see less of the infection. We need all the prayers tonight that the infection is going away so they don’t have to try for another MRI. He will fight it….

Please God, remove this infection. Heal this baby. Protect this baby.

Declan had a good day. A few ups and downs, but he’s being a good boy while everyone is so worried about his brother. The miracle for today, his belly wound is healing. He is working so incredibly hard. We are so proud of him. Everyone is amazed.
