Last night both boys did great. 🙏 Both are peeing, and we’re seeing their kidneys working strong.

Colton is off some of his pain meds and is being wiggly again! He started steroids for his lungs and will begin getting weaned down on some of his ventilator settings, let’s go!!! He’s been on them since day 2, so this feels like a big step forward.

Declan is fighting hard and showing just how brave he is. His heart rate and blood pressure are in line with a healthy little boy. He’s also peeing, which is a great sign that things in his belly are working. He’s lower on oxygen now, but he needs to stay stable a bit longer before we talk about weaning him down further.

We are so proud of these strong boys. We know this is a rollercoaster and things can change hourly. But I’ll take any small win that we can right now. 💙💙
